All products sold on the Marketplace are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped. Access to purchased files is typically provided immediately upon successful payment.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in the product listing.

5. Intellectual Property
All products remain the intellectual property of the individual seller. The Marketplace does not claim ownership of seller-created content.
Purchasing a product grants usage rights only, not intellectual property ownership.

The Marketplace provides a platform that allows independent sellers to offer digital products. The Marketplace does not create, review, test, or endorse individual products and is not responsible for the content of individual listings.
7. Account Use and Conduct
Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activity conducted under their account.
The Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate buyer access for misuse of products or violation of these terms.
8. Policy Updates
The Marketplace may update these Buyer Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Agreement
By completing a purchase on the Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Buyer Terms of Use.
