Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because The Admin Boardroom™ offers digital products and memberships, all sales are considered final. Digital resources are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once accessed. For this reason, we encourage all buyers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and details before completing a purchase.

Memberships to The Admin Boardroom™, including Founding Member and standard memberships, are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be canceled for a refund or prorated. Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges, and access will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

If a digital product cannot be accessed due to a technical issue, such as a corrupted or incomplete file, please contact support within a reasonable timeframe. We will work with the seller to resolve access issues or replace the file when appropriate. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

Each seller on The Admin Boardroom is responsible for providing clear and accurate product descriptions and ensuring their files function as described. The Admin Boardroom does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or compatibility with individual school or district requirements.

Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where required by law, in the event of a duplicate charge, or if a verified technical error completely prevented access to a purchased item. All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Admin Boardroom.
